Fitnity Screen
Witness.mx provides Fitnity Screen, a service that displays workout programs and promotional content on connected screens.
Information we process
To connect and operate a screen, we process a persistent screen identifier, activation code, screen configuration, connection status, and content assigned to that screen. We do not request names, contacts, camera recordings, microphone recordings, precise location, or payment information from the TV application.
How we use information
We use this information to activate screens, synchronize workouts and advertising, maintain service security, troubleshoot connectivity, and provide support.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers that support hosting, storage, security, and delivery. We retain screen records while the account or screen remains active and delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed, subject to legal obligations.
